Peter Bruning

        Peter Bruning is a native of the Netherlands. He studied art in Amsterdam, Bern, and Paris; then continued his art training at Indiana University.

        He came to Terre Haute in the 50's, to join the faculty of Indiana State University. He has exhibited portraits, cityscapes and landscapes widely in the U.S. and in Europe.

        His work in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel and mixed media is represented in public and private collections in the U.S. and abroad.
