        As far back as I can remember, owning a pony was my fondest dream. While the dream didn't actually come true until I was nearly an adult, I found as a child that drawing and painting horses was a soothing substitute for having the real thing.

        After studying as a Fine Arts major in college, my career as a professional horseperson, and family, left little time for artwork though I often thought of painting the varied and beautiful horses I worked along side.

        The last three years, I've finally found some time to try to capture the grace and captivating personalities of the species I have loved and respected for so many years. I hope you will enjoy them too.

        This is my third year as a WVAG member.
